What’s the Story?
I ate a friend’s bread that unknowingly had soya flour in it. It started off mild then progressively got worse. I used my EpiPen^® and went to the hospital.

How could this have been prevented?
I should not have eaten unlabelled bread. I also should have communicated my food allergies and asked what was in the bread.
